This should be done as quickly as possible to make sure your group gets in before the conference sells out. This deposit will secure your space with an estimated number of attendees until April 15th. Once we have processed your registration, your group will be assigned a confirmation number that will be used in all future registration activities. The $200 deposit will be subtracted from your balance provided your actual number is not less than 50% of estimate.
The registration deposit is non-refundable and if canceled cannot be applied to a groups’ balance; however it can be transferred to another person as their deposit only. Rooms for the conference will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis, so it is very important to meet this deadline. Xtreme cannot place your group in rooms until we have received this deposit, Reservation Form and Rooming list. If your group is conference only, you should send a per person deposit of $50 along with a completed Reservation Form.
All spaces for this event are subject to availability, and rooms will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once registered you will be permitted to add people to your total as long as space permits. However, once rooming assignments are completed, additional rooms may not be available. Please call our office to verify space availability when adding persons after April 15th.
Balances postmarked after that date will be subject to a $10 late registration fee per person. Balances cannot be paid at the conference. Balance payments are refundable if canceled in writing on or before the end of business on June 4th, after that no refunds will be issued. Please see the Cancellation and Refund section for complete details.

After all condos are filled, housing will overflow to surrounding condos or hotel motel rooms. Sometime after we receive your rooming list and per person deposits your group will be assigned lodging. Your entire group will be housed at the same property. Condos will sleep 4, 6, or 8 and will be assigned by Xtreme based on your group size and condo availability. Groups with an odd number of students or other circumstances not allowing their condos/hotel rooms to be fully filled will be charged an Empty Bed Fee of $129 per unfilled bed. Xtreme will do everything possible to minimize the number of unfilled beds in your rooms. Groups with very specific rooming needs will be better served to book their own accommodations and pay the conference only price.
Additional rooms for bus drivers will be charged a $529 rooming charge. This does NOT include admission to the sessions or meals. These rooms may be placed at nearby hotels away from the rest of the group. Please list any bus driver rooms on your rooming list.
